Women Only Taekwon-Do/Kickboxing

These programs have been designed for “Only Women.” The classes will run with Only Women Instructors and NO men will be in the premises due to religious reasons. Women will have complete privacy (NO cameras, windows covered and door locked from inside) while learning martial arts and self-defense. This will allow women to have the full comfort to train and to fully enjoy their experience.

Taekwon-Do ITF program:

Want to be a future Black Belt and learn the art of ITF Taekwon-Do (martial art), while training in full comfort with two Certified Black Belt Female Instructors – this program is for you! Taekwon-Do is the art of unarmed combat, developed for the purpose of self-defense. It incorporates kicking and punching using scientific principles to generate power and speed. These classes will also help you trim the body, cultivate the mind, improve concentration, self-confidence, and social-skills. The art of Taekwon-Do also focuses on developing the mind, having courtesy for others, learning integrity and high moral standards, persevere in the face of adversity, have the self-control to avoid unnecessary conflict, and be able to give unswerving loyalty to those deserving of it.

Women Only Kickboxing Program:

Want to learn Kickboxing with a mix of Muay Thai techniques, while training in full comfort with two Certified Black Belt Female Instructors – this program is for you! This program is designed to trim the body, improve fitness level, burn a great number of calories, improve concentration and self-confidence. The Muay Thai adds elbow and knee techniques, while giving a full body workout and learning punches the classes instructed by “Certified Black Belt Women instructors only”. Sessions are 3 months at the time and two times per week, they run on the weekends.
