Kickboxing / Boot Camp
Our program offers a mix of Kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques, giving you the best of both worlds and creating one of the best workouts out there! Kickboxing is well known as a great calorie-burning exercise, and Muay Thai adds the use of elbows and knees, creating an even more full body workout.
Unlike many places that offer Kickboxing classes, we do our best to offer a more personalized experience, treating people almost individually in the class. If someone wants to improve their endurance or wants to focus on technical details, we'll help them achieve their goals.
What is a Saroughi Boot Camp? A fun yet challenging Exercise program that burns fat! It actually sculpts and tones your body! The Saroughi Boot Camp Training program incorporates Strength Training, Toning, Cardio, Weight Loss and Body Sculpting.
